We curate the relationship between people and the built

Our approach to place is reflected in the Japanese proverb “Ma wa kokoro no yasuragi (間は心の安らぎ)”. Translated, it means, “place is tranquillity of the heart.”

The team at K.Holland is a small but mighty group of passionate interior architects. Led by Kelly Holland, Director & Founder, we’re on a mission to create spaces that exceed expectations.
Kelly Holland
“The details are not the details. They make the design.” – Charles Eames.
With more than 20 years experience in hospitality, retail, residential, corporate and multi-residential sectors, Kelly started the studio to work with people who valued design as much as she did. Her design practice is infused with a deep connection to Asian culture and she’s in awe of the impact natural environments can have on our well-being, which is something she strives to emulate in her work.

Drawing a lot of her inspiration from Japanese philosophy and design, Lan loves how interior design can completely elevate and transform a space. She believes that considered
design can profoundly enhance people’s lives for the better. Lan holds a Bachelor of Design (Interior Design) from Swinburne University, 2013.
