Built in the Edwardian style, Green Street always boasted plenty of character but it suffered from limited natural light and a disconnected, convoluted layout that separated it from the beautiful backyard.

This thoughtful renovation transforms the home, enhancing its functionality and aesthetics while honoring its original charm. The reimagined layout creates a seamless flow between rooms, making daily living and entertaining more effortless. Key spaces like the kitchen and living areas now extend naturally to the outdoors, creating a strong connection to the garden and making the backyard a true extension of the home.

Flooding the space with natural light was a priority, with strategically placed windows, skylights, and glass doors bringing the outdoors in. The once-dark interiors are now filled with light, making the home feel open and airy. Fresh, light-toned finishes and materials further amplify this effect, adding a sense of spaciousness and brightness. Soft whites, neutral palettes, and clean lines give the home an updated, contemporary feel, while respecting its heritage.
